What is coaching really like?

Coaching is the collaboration between coach and client in a thought-provoking exploration of possibilities to inspire deeper understanding and intentional choices. The client is the expert of the journey: a whole and resourceful creator. The coach is the keeper of the process: a skilled and responsive supporter. Coaching is not advice-giving. It is not therapy and not the transfer of knowledge from coach to client.
